Francesco DiLello graduated from Ithaca College in December 2020 with a B.M. in Vocal Performance and Music Education and is currently working on his Masters Degree in Voice Performance at West Texas A&M University.
Originally from Highland Mills, New York, his performance credits include Tamino in The Magic Flute and Donald in Gallantry at West Texas A&M, and The Sailor from Dido and Aeneas at Ithaca College as well as roles in several scenes in the Ithaca College Opera Workshop, and workshopping the role of Charlie as a Studio Artist at Opera Ithaca, in Sally Lamb McCune’s new opera-in-progress, We Wear the Sea Like a Coat. He is currently preparing the roles of Man with a Paint Box in Postcard from Morocco and Araquil in La Navarraise at West Texas A&M. He has also been a young artist at Opera Viva in Verona and the International Performing Arts Institute’s Global Artist and Fairhope programs.
His chorus experience includes Dido and Aeneas at Ithaca College and La bohème with Opera Ithaca and the Cayuga Chamber Orchestra in Ithaca, New York.
